In 2009, she achieved a remarkable milestone by founding North Coast Title Company, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence.
Cathie’s dedication to her field is further underscored by her role on the California Land Title Association Board of Governors where she continues to contribute her expertise to the advancement of industry standards and practices.
Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments, Cathie is a loving mother and doting grandmother. Her nurturing spirit extends not only to her family but also to the communities she serves. Cathie Cramer embodies the qualities of a visionary leader, an industry trailblazer, and a caring family woman.
Cinda Giberson
Branch Manager & SR. Escrow Officer
Cinda Giberson began her title and escrow career in Sonoma County in 1975. She says, “It’s funny, I still enjoy and love the challenge that comes with it.” Cinda’s commitment to excellence in her field is well known in the local real estate community, and she is a respected source of knowledge and information to both clients and coworkers.
She resides in Santa Rosa with her two great dane dogs, Astro and Syrah. Please be sure to ask her about her travels to Africa.
Mark Bisordi
General Manager/Sales Manager
Mark Bisordi, an industry veteran who began his title and escrow career in 1988, has successfully served in various capacities for a national title company; division manager, county manager and sales manager. He’s excited about being part of a locally owned and operated title company because he has the flexibility of local decision making and the strength of two national underwriters. Mark is best known for his problem-solving skills, sales strategies and his ability to provide a fantastic closing experience for clients.

Stephen A. Herman
Chief Title Officer
Steve Herman began his career in the title industry in 1971, and has since distinguished himself as an expert in the unique landscape of Sonoma County real estate. Steve’s ability to help find straightforward solutions to the challenges that may arise when dealing with real property make him a sought-after resource in the community.
Steve resides in Sebastopol with his wife and has four grown sons. You may see Steve cruising Sonoma County in his 1941 Hot Rod Chevy Coupe.
Julie Bianucci
Escrow Officer
Julie Bianucci is an experienced Escrow Officer with a career spanning over two decades in the title and escrow industry. Since 1996, she has been dedicated to providing exceptional services and believes that communication is key to making any transaction successful. Her goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying or selling their home by providing clear communication and updates along the way.
Julie specializes in a wide range of escrow services, including Refinances, Resale transactions, Subdivision Land Acquisitions, and 1031 Exchanges. Her extensive knowledge and attention to detail make her a trusted expert in managing your next escrow.
Outside of her professional life, Julie has a passion for photography, capturing the beauty of sunsets through her lens and dreams of having a sunset book published someday. She values time spent with her family, including her husband Scott of 25 years, their son Miles and 1 adorable fur baby.
Barbara “BJ” Woods
Escrow Officer
BJ has come full circle starting out with a local title company in 1984. She brings a multitude of experience in all types of transactions as well as her professional and personal attitude. She creates instant ease with clients and is a problem solver for difficult and/or challenging situations.
BJ grew up in Occidental and Santa Rosa. However, she states Sonoma County being just as beautiful a place as the rest of the world. If you know BJ, laughter, family and friendship are at the top of her list. She enjoys traveling and rooting for the San Francisco Giants.
Kelsey Way
Escrow Officer
Kelsey Way is a dedicated and client-focused Escrow Officer with a strong background in Title & Escrow transactions. Starting as Receptionist for North Coast Title Company in 2016, advancing to Escrow Assistant, then Junior Escrow Officer and now Escrow Officer.
She is a proud alumna of Sacramento State University, where she honed her skills and commitment to excellence. With a passion for effective communication and a keen eye for detail, Kelsey ensures that each transaction she oversees is executed with precision and professionalism. Her unwavering dedication to her clients and career has earned her a reputation for reliability and integrity within the industry.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She also finds relaxation while fishing at Hat Creek in Northern California, which allows her to unwind, recharge and hopefully out fish her husband.
Patti Billing
Senior Escrow Officer
Patti began her escrow career in 1978. She is excited to be part of a local title company again with many of the same people that she began her industry career with. Patti prides herself in giving her clients a memorable title and escrow experience whether its closing resale, refinance, exchange, construction or commercial transactions.
In her free time, Patti enjoys being with her dog Toshi Eli and her husband of 39 years at their home in Petaluma

He is a graduate of St. Mary’s College, where he honed his skills and knowledge in the financial and business field. With a keen eye for detail and dedication to ensuring smooth and secure escrow transactions. Joseph has become a trusted professional in the world of escrow services.
Throughout his career, Joseph has consistently demonstrated his expertise in managing complex financial transactions, earning a reputation for reliability and precision. His commitment to excellence and his ability to navigate the intricate details of financial processes have made him an invaluable asset to both clients and colleagues. Outside of his professional pursuits, Joseph is passionate about community engagement and philanthropy. He believes in giving back to the community that has supported his career growth, and he actively participates in local charitable initiatives. On the weekends, you can find Joseph at a local restaurant with his wife and their dog, Ridley.
Adrianna O’Leary
